LATEST NEWS Clare hosting national féile finals Christy Cooney Launches Feile 2010 By The Clare People - 2010-05-27 The 2010 GAA Féile na nGael finals were officially launched in the Michael Cusack Centre in Carron yesterday by association president Christy Cooney. Also in attendance were current Clare hurler John Conlon and former Clare hurling player and manager Ger Loughnane.
This is the 40th anniversary of the Féile na nGael competitions, which are the All-Ireland under-14 hurling, camogie and handball finals. This year the finals take place throughout Clare from June 18 to 20. Up to 4,000 youths, from clubs throughout Ireland and beyond, will participate in the finals over the three days of competition.
